- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is an actual conversation I had with a manager at this location after one of his carriers picked up my FedEx Express packages. Manager: Well I don't know what happened, maybe someone gave them to him. Me: No one gave them to him, he took them out of a hamper, and do you not train your people how to recognize a FedEx label vs. a USPS one? Manager: Well I don't know about that. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. I went though all the trouble to make a USPS account for the sole purpose of making sure my package was kept at the post office and not sent out for delivery. I called at 7 am to ask if I could come pick the package up and they told me I had to come at 9 am when they open, no problem. I had to beg my boss to let me leave at that time to go pick up my package and when I finally got to the post office around 9:10 am they said it was put out on the truck for delivery. The manager did absolutely nothing to help nor did he attempt to contact the driver to turn back which would have been the proper thing to do! The only thing the manager did was tell me my house is among the last homes on the list to be stopped at for the day by the driver. I wish we had a choose of what company delivers our mail because I would leave USPS in a second! Unfortunately it is the post office so I cant be compensated for this issue, if it was any other store I would have made sure I got a nice compensation.By Christopher Rudolph, January 17, 2017
